How We Review Operators and Games
Readers deserve to know how a page was put together before they rely on it. JILICCC is an independent guide and not a casino; it takes no deposits and runs no games. It publishes descriptions, not scores, and this page explains the checklist behind them, the limits of what an outside site can know, and how partner links fit in. For readers 21+.
The short version
- Seven criteria are applied to every operator described.
- Only public material is used: terms, cashier and help pages, and the regulator's list.
- Anything that cannot be confirmed is labelled as set by the operator.
- No scores, no rankings, no 'best of' lists.
- Partner links may exist. They do not change what is written.
Seven criteria, applied the same way each time
| Criterion | Question asked | Source used |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | Does the footer or terms name a licensed company, and does the regulator list that domain? | Operator's terms; PAGCOR's published list |
| Payment rails | Are deposits and payouts handled through named e-wallets or bank rails inside the cashier? | Cashier and help pages |
| Terms clarity | Are wagering, maximum bet, expiry and withdrawal conditions stated plainly? | Bonus and general terms |
| KYC rules | Is it clear which documents are needed and at what stage? | Verification or account help pages |
| Complaint route | Is there a written process and a named body to escalate to? | Terms; responsible-gaming or complaints page |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Can a player set limits or exclude without negotiating? | Account settings as described publicly |
| Support and app distribution | Is support reachable on-site, and is any app offered only from the operator's own domain? | Contact and app pages |
Where the line is drawn
An outside guide can read what an operator publishes. It cannot see inside the operator. That means it can confirm that a rule is written down, and cannot confirm how consistently the rule is applied to individual accounts. Payout times, fees, deposit and withdrawal minimums and bonus sizes belong to the operator and move often; the cashier page is the only current source, and pages here say so rather than quote a figure that may be stale.
The same applies to identity. A brand name can appear on many domains run by different parties. A description refers to public material from one address on one date and is no guarantee about any other address using the same name.
Game information
RTP and volatility notes come from what the game provider publishes for a title. RTP is a theoretical average over a very large number of rounds. It says nothing about a single evening, and an operator may run a different configuration from the provider's default where the provider allows it. The in-game information panel is the figure that applies to you.
Commercial relationships
Links from this site to operators may be partner links that pay a commission. That is how the site is funded. No fee is taken to add, remove or reword a statement, and commission does not decide what is covered or how prominently. If a criterion is unmet, the text says so in the same plain terms regardless of any link.
Corrections and dates
Pages show the date they were last modified. Errors reported by readers are checked against the public source and fixed in place. When a source disappears or changes so that a statement can no longer be supported, the statement is removed instead of being left to age.
What you should still do yourself
- Confirm the exact domain on the regulator's list.
- Read the terms attached to any bonus before accepting it.
- Test the cashier with a small amount in both directions.
- Decide a budget and a stop time before logging in.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why not rank operators from best to worst?
A ranking needs measurements that an outside site cannot take, such as how each operator treats each account. A ranked list would also tend to follow commission. Descriptions avoid both problems.
Does JILICCC play at the casinos it describes?
Pages are written from public documents. No claim of hands-on testing is made, and none should be inferred.
Can an operator pay to be featured?
No payment changes wording or earns a description. Partner commissions may arise from links, which is disclosed here.
What if a page is out of date?
Operator terms change faster than any guide. Treat the operator's own pages as the current version and use the dates here to judge freshness.
Before You Choose an Operator
Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
